Position: Investment Advisor - Equity (Registered Investment Advisor - RIA)

Location: Colombo Head Office / Branch Network

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and guide clients on equity investments, portfolio management, and market opportunities.
• Execute client orders through trading platforms in compliance with CSE and SEC regulations.
• Conduct daily market research and provide timely updates to clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with investors.
• Achieve individual and team-based sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• License issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC) to function as a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA).
• Strong passion for the stock market, investment advisory, and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification.
• Following the Certificate in Capital Market (CCM) course conducted by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC) will be an added advantage.
• Strong interest in the stock market and financial advisory field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and within a team-oriented environment.
